The fluoride application technique can be useful for Preventing caries in your children. Fluoride gel is applied in four sitting at the age of 5,7,9, and 11 years respectively. Fluoridated toothpaste can be used to prevent cavities in your children.

Importance of flossing :

Rinsing : 

  • Rinsing is as important as brushing and flossing.
  • After every meal, children should rinse their teeth properly. This will prevent the accumulation of food or debris in between teeth.
